RTOG 1205: I1 form has been updated to require a date if in-range PT INR lab test is obtained and to answer an additional question “does the patient have active bleeding or a pathological condition that carried a high risk of bleeding?”

GYNECOLOGIC
RTOG 0724 : Spanish and French Translations of the QOL Forms (FACT/FACIT) are now available on the RTOG 0724 Forms page.

HEAD & NECK
NRG-HN001: The Blank Rave form has been revised and is available on the CTSU website. Use the revised version date September 16, 2015 immediately.

NRG-HN001: The Specimen Transmittal form has been revised and is available on the CTSU website. Use the revised version date September 17, 2015 immediately.

OTHER PROTOCOL NOTICES
BREAST
NRG-BR003: The U.S. Site Initiation Visit (SIV) Webcast memorandum has been revised to highlight that U.S. sites are not required to submit a confirmation of SIV completion form or essential documents. (posted on the CTSU website)

GYNECOLOGIC
GOG-0213 did not close to accrual as anticipated. An amendment has been submitted to NCI to increase the accrual by 125 patients and should be approved and posted in the coming weeks.

First Patient Enrolled in NRG-GU001
Congratulations to Roswell Park Cancer Institute’sresearch team for recruiting the first patient into the NRG-GU001 trial Randomized Phase II Trial of Postoperative Adjuvant IMRT Following Cystectomy for pT3/pT4 Urothelial Bladder Cancer. Keep up the good work!

Thank You to the NRG-BN001 Research Sites
The research sites participating in the NRG-BN001 trial have reached the milestone of 100 patients enrolled in less than a year from study activation. The study evaluating novel radiotherapy approaches for improving survival in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma brain tumors opened for enrollment in October 2014. Thank you to all involved in trial recruitment.
